How much does it cost to list equipment?
Listing equipment is completely free. IMP only charges a small transaction fee and platform fee when a booking is completed. We only get paid when you get paid.

When customers submit booking requests, you'll receive instant email notifications. You have 2 hours to accept or decline. Payouts are deposited in as little as 2 days.

When vendors accept your booking, you'll get instant email instructions for insurance and pickup procedures. If declined, you're notified immediately and payment isn't processed.

Pickup, dropoff, and insurance sharing are arranged directly between vendor and customer. Our platform-managed interchanges are coming soon for even more convenience.

What happens if I book a chassis but don't pick it up?
What happens if I book a chassis but don't pick it up?
As a policy, pre-paid booking dates are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, that refund is issued at the discretion of the Vendor. If a Vendor does approve a refund, the payment processing fee will not be refunded.
Customers can cancel any booking request that has not been approved by a Vendor with no penalty.
